Maps

Maps are an extremely important part of selling a development. From the engineers you will get a plat map, however, a plat map is not the best sales tool. We took the reins on this and imported kmz files so that we could show buyers exactly where the lot lines were. We overlaid these files on videos, graphics, and more. We created the main 3D design map utilizing graphic design and real-life mapping to be used on the website and the entrance of the development.

Signage

Signage, especially when your property is on a main road is one of the most important items in a development. Often developments have one sign that has some information on it but we wanted multiple along the road to have the “buccees” effect.

Printing

There is nothing worse than trying to organize different vendors for everything. When you use my team, we can handle it all and that includes all print orders.

Videos

With our in-house video team, we are able to create a plethora of video content including behind-the-scenes videos, coming soon videos, and more. The more video content, the more the development is seen and that was especially true for Stewart Ranch.

Photography

Photography is the staple of any development. We used our top-of-the-line, in-house photography team to take amazing photos along the way of the development and utilized those images for print material, website, and social media.
