The final phase of Maravilla Estates were four, ten acre tracts, and a 15 acre tract. The developers had these properties listed with an agent for over a year prior to Eric’s involvement. Eric came in and sold all of the large acre tracts within a matter of months, completing the sell out of Maravilla Estates, one of Aledo’s largest, 1 acre plus, developments.
