For developments, most of the time we are able to provide all marketing from signage, videos, photos, website, branding, social media management, and more at a competitive Real Estate Commission Rate (plus the cost of advertising.) Which means NO monthly fees. You only pay us when YOU get paid at the closing table of a lot sale.

Simple. Leverage. Since 2016, Eric has owned a digital marketing agency called VYBE Marketing and Media. This marketing agency has worked with brands across the nation including FOX Sports Outdoors, Dickey’s Barbecue, Barefoot Campus Outfitters, Prime Metal, and more. However, Eric himself has had a drive toward the Real Estate industry. This drove him to become a Real Estate Agent and a co-owner of a Real Estate Brokerage (VYBE Realty). Because of this relationship, Eric has the leverage to carry the cost with the marketing agency and have the services rendered with our full-time staff.
