We partner with builders and developers to do everything from selling their properties and developments to managing and building their social media, social media ads, Google My Business pages, websites, development branding, development signage, closing gifts, and more.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the level of partnership and the amount of inventory or potential inventory you as a developer and/or builder have. For Developments, most of the time we are able to provide all marketing from signage, videos, photos, website, branding, social media management, and more at a competitive Real Estate Commission Rate. Which means NO monthly fees. You only pay us when YOU get paid. For Builders, it can work the same way, depending on the amount of homes you plan to build per year.
How are we able to do this with no monthly cost?
Simple. Leverage. Since 2016, Eric has owned a digital marketing agency called VYBE Marketing and Media. This marketing agency has worked with brands across the nation including FOX Sports Outdoors, Dickey’s Barbecue, Barefoot Campus Outfitters, Prime Metal, and more. However, Eric himself has had a drive toward the Real Estate industry. This drove him to become a Real Estate Agent and a co-owner of a Real Estate Brokerage (VYBE Realty). Because of this relationship, Eric has the leverage to carry the cost with the marketing agency and have the services rendered with our full-time staff.
